The Rafter 4 Land & Cattle Company is located on 25 acres in an adorable little beach town less than a mile from Lake Michigan. Our owners Jonathan & Ryann Keizer are middle school sweethearts, who after 9 years of dating finally were married in June of 2024. Ryann grew up competing in the cutting horse world, horses & livestock of all shapes & sizes have always been her biggest passion. Due to this, much of their dating life was spent in the barn, dreaming up what their little business would look like someday.

When Ryann was little, the dream had started large scale; with a mini pony ranch in Colorado. Somewhere along the way she fell in love with the place she grew up & she decided ponies are actually the worst. So together that dream grew into what you are seeing today... The Rafter 4 Land & Cattle Company's signature Boutique Highland Cattle.

It is our goal to bring quality miniature cows to the Midwestern area. That not only are small but healthy, ethically bred, hairy, & that have friendly pasture puppy dispositions.
